I was supposed to do this a while ago but only just got time to make it. I kept it as a surprise cosplay, as it was for my good friend *Saiaphi. I also tried to match the photo he has of his Male Kyoko! I know the train tracks are probably out of place, but it's really all I had to work with XD
I made the jacket but the shorts were a pair I already owned.
