Since the last update I've had two photoshoots and also attended Brisbane Supanova!
First photoshoot was The Powerpuff Girls with Ms Kirameki (as Blossom) and silverharmony (as Buttercup). With mtknot and fengsong as our photogs and Gigi as our helper/assistant! Not many pics have been uploaded from that set yet, but Kiara has a few uploaded on her Facebook Page (linked above) if you want to check them out!
BrisNova was the weekend just gone. We flew up early Friday morning. As with most Supanova cons, we were working for Armoured Heaven. Attending with AH this time was the leading lady of Heaven's Forge (an Australian distributor of Worbla's Finest Art, Deco Art and KOBRACAST - GO FORTH AND BUY THESE AMAZING PRODUCTS FROM HER 8D ).
I had to drop two of my cosplay plans, so although Friday was almost a full day I didn't have a costume. Instead I wore my "#TeamEve" pants, those of you who follow Eve Beauregard will know how awesome #TeamEve and Team Captain are! XD
Saturday was Yang from RWBY. I think she is now one of my absolute favourite costumes out of the ones I have. I can't wait to wear her again! I did a mini-con-shoot with charmainemorganphoto and we got some badass pics, so I can't wait to post some for you guys! Unfortunately on the way home one of my (deactivated) gauntlets got damaged in my luggage so I have to remake that before I wear it next DX the other three pieces are fine though 
Sunday was Sheryl Nome's Northern Cross outfit. The costume was given to me by Kiara Kirameki. I didn't do any mini-con-shoots with this costume but I will be re-wearing that costume at some point for a photoshoot though, so there will eventually be pics of it up here!
Newton and I flew home Sunday night as I had a photoshoot Monday morning. This was for my Rin Okumura costume, shot by Rachel Lewis Photography and her awesome assistant Alex. They were so much fun to shoot with, we got some amazing shots - I can't wait to see the uploaded images to show you guys. I did update a few things on the costume, only minor but I hope it makes it look better again - I always like to try improve him each time I wear him. And I remembered my fangs/ears this time!
While I was at BrisNova, I got my first sheet of Worbla from Heaven's Forge (linked above). I'm so excited to start using it - I just haven't figured out exactly what I will be making with it XD I also have a bag of Deco Art. It all looks so exciting and fun! XD I do have a few ideas of what I might make, but I need to work them out before going ahead with it.
Con season is over for me this year now. I am still hoping to do a few costumes before the year ends though... quite a few "orz haha. I don't think I'll have time for the 6-7 I would like to do. But hopefully I can get some in before the year finishes! I might put up a poll of the few I'd like to do, to see what you guys would like to see first!

I also opened an Etsy store, with a few miniature bottle charms listed - "Drink Me" and "Pixie Dust" bottles. I do also have "Message in a Bottle", star glitter in a star shaped bottles that aren't listed. I can do custom designs too, if you wanted! I can do them as either necklaces, mobile phone charms, hook earrings or just as the charm itself. Note that buyers must cover postage, I am happy to ship international but keep in mind that can be a bit more pricey.

It's been a while since I updated the journal here... woops!
Since the last update after SydNova there has been two cons, several photoshoots and all up 8 new costumes!
SMASH! and Animania have been and gone. SMASH! was amazing as always, but a big one day event with two costumes XD I finally got around to making Ciel's circus "Smile" outfit, which was pretty awesome. I also did Fleeting Moon Flower Kaito with sceleratus as Gakupo (I'd promised her ages ago to do it and had forgotten haha). Animania was terrible but I won't go into that! But I finally debuted my Yami Yugi cosplay!!
I also finally got to reshoot my Madara costume, which I made years ago. But this time I had the lovely Madaraism as my Mei! Then Ms Kirameki gave me her Romeo to Cinderella Miku costume, so I got a pic of that. I also tried to get some new pics of my Lily costume, but I haven't got any back yet as the lighting wasn't working for us - but I may put one up on my FB page.
I did a shoot with a Free! group but had to leave early so didn't get any pics, so I got Newton to take some quick pics one day we were in the city. I was asked to be part of a High School of the Dead Shoot, which was a LOT of fun. The guys were all amazing fun XD and I finally got to go to Cockatoo Island, which is badass.
I was also asked to be part of silverharmony's D.Gray Man group, as I already had the costume. They were all so perfect and amazing *A* I feel so honoured to always be able to cosplay with such amazing talented people 
. And lastly I quickly threw together a Tinker Bell costume the other day, but will be doing it properly later on. I do have a preview picture up on my Page though.

SydNova 2013

SydNova was this past weekend and it was amazeballs. The weather was pretty terrible and it was beyond packed, but otherwise great!
Saturday was "President/Princess" Vanellope von Schweetz! The process of getting her finished was crazy. She almost got postponed, but with the help and motivation from many friends she got there !! I couldn't move around the con too much, it was so packed and I didn't want to trip people over with my dress so I just camped out to the side in the foyer for most of the day. Though a huge thank you to MMCRUNCHIE and Rukia-McKee for helping me navigate through when I did need to get through parts of the con, and constantly fixing the bottom of my dress to cover the hoops and just helping with errrthang XD and to anyone else who helped!! >3<
I also had Yuki Pandaz Cosplay as my Felix that day, she was so adorable *A*
Sunday was Wakaba Saegusa's Palette Suit from Vividred Operation. I had a bit more freedom in movement around on Day2! I got to meet 
, which was epic Had a few mini con-shoots with Rayray (my Akane). Some outside, which was freezing and pouring rain XD Good times! Not really much happened, a bit of walking around the con, chilling with people, photos. It was great to see everyone though, it felt like it had been ages!

newti bought me a Portal gun, but I couldn't transport it home with me so it's not pictured here, but it's FREAKING AWESOME.
Next con is SMASH! in August. I still haven't finalised my plans for this con. I'm aiming for Godoka, but if I can't find the right fabrics I'm not sure if I'll do RWBY's Yellow, Yukimura Sanada, Diamond Crevasse Sheryl Nome (from False Songtress) oorrrrr... I duno! Too many choices! XD
I do know that the night before SMASH! I will be doing the yukata version of Rin Okumura, with 
and 
as Amaimon and Mephisto
and as Amaimon and Mephisto I may do some shoots between now and smash, as I've said before I really want to do Jack Overland in the snow (no where near me snows LOL) so it's just a matter of if I can get to the snow mainly. Hopefully we'll be doing a K-On! Fuwa Fuwa Time shoot soon too.
In the middle of planning at the moment are shoots for D.Gray Man (second uniform) as the original date had to be postponed. And another friend is organising a High School of the Dead group - which I've been wanting to cosplay from for ages so pretty excited about joining that :3

I had already written up a post con update the other day but my computer crashed before I uploaded it "orz soooo here I am typing it up again!
Woo! So since the last update I've had two photoshoots and also attended Mini Animania and Gold Coast Supanova. I had originally planned to go to MelbNova but my friends from Vancouver (VandorWolf and twinfools) were invited to GC Film Festival (and therefore would be at GCNova) so we swapped our plans to go see them!
I am hoping I will still make it to Melbourne some time this year, whether for a con or just some random weekend, as there are so many amazing people I still really want to meet there!! ONE DAY ~
Love Ward Photoshoot:
I was asked to join by silverharmony and the other girls were MMCRUNCHIE and Kiara Kirameki. Although I'm not a fan of Miku we decided we wanted the main 4 girls, so I was happy to do Miku for the group. I actually quite enjoyed it XD Photos of this have already been uploaded here.
Mini Animania:
Not really exciting. Didn't go in, just caught up with friends. I finally got to cosplay Lenalee Lee's second uniform! Pretty much a dream cosplay kind of LOL. My armour pieces for her boots broke after a couple of hours so I don't really have any photos with those on. I do have a shoot coming up, but I'm undecided if I'll fix them up and do that / wear the uniform without activated Boots / wear the uniform with the bandaged legs XD DECISIONS!
GCNova:
newti, bjmac, light-kitten and I flew up on the Thursday - met up with Twin and Nova before they had to go off for their guest duties. Friday Newton and I helped set up the Armoured Heaven stall, then sceleratus and J had arrived. In the afternoon I did a quick photoshoot of my Clare (Claymore) cosplay.
Saturday I worked at the AH stall, cosplaying as Meryl from MGS4 to help promote the store! All that gear was really heavy XD Sunday I wore White Bunny Sheryl Nome - derp times with JarOfButterflies and Sumirecha handing out AH flyers and such. After the con Newton and I helped take down AH stall then met up with Beej, Bubble, KS, J, Nova and Twin for a final group dinner before our Maple buddies had to head back home.
Lily/Luna Vocaloid Photoshoot:
Another shoot that took over 12 months to take place XD I finally cosplayed Lily's default outfit and Crunchie was Luna! Also our first time shooting with Sydney's amazing E Photography. The location was super epic, though trying to walk through various types of rubble/debris/ash in massive heels was a challenge LOL. Photos to come!
